What this site does

Static pages, one optional contact box, and email links.

This website is a set of static pages. Two features on it ask you for information: an optional contact box on the home page, provided by a third-party messaging service, and ordinary email links that open your own email application. The rest of the pages—tabs, scripted call examples, and scroll animations—are ordinary page features and do not ask you for information. Ordinary hosting and request data is described below.

The site’s own code does not include:

• analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tags;
• cookies intentionally set by the site’s own code;
• calendars, scheduling tools, or any automated message route of our own.

The contact box is loaded from its provider and runs under that provider’s terms. The provider may set cookies or collect technical data as described in its own policies; see the next section.

The contact box

What the contact box asks for, and who processes it.

The contact box on the home page is provided by LeadConnector, part of HighLevel, a third-party messaging service. It asks for your name, your phone number, and a message, and offers two separate, optional text-message choices, each unchecked by default. The consent wording, rate and frequency notices, HELP and STOP instructions, and policy links shown inside the box are generated by that provider and describe the provider’s handling of what you enter.

Anything you type into the box is processed by that provider, not by this website’s own code, and is intended to reach AI Front Desk Partners LLC for the purpose of discussing the services described on this site. The provider’s own policies describe how it stores and handles what you enter. Using the box is optional; email is always available instead.

The policies linked inside the box are the provider’s. This notice and our Terms are AI Front Desk Partners’ own pages and describe our practices, not the provider’s.

Text messages

Two separate, optional choices.

The contact box offers two separate text-message choices. One covers messages about appointments and requests you send us. The other covers recurring marketing messages about services and offers. Each is its own checkbox, each is unchecked by default, and neither is required to request a review or to work with us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out. Support is also available by email at admin@aifrontdeskpartners.com.

We do not treat any of the following as consent to receive text messages: entering a phone number, using the contact box or sending an email, agreeing to receive email, booking or attending a meeting, replying to a message, a tag or field in a contact record, a record that was purchased, scraped, or shared with us, or a lead passed to us by a third party. Consent to text messages comes only from the specific box you check in the contact box.

A checked box is your choice and nothing more. It does not by itself mean that any text message will be sent, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Hosting

Ordinary hosting and request data.

Like any website, these pages are delivered by a hosting provider. That provider may process ordinary request and log data, such as the address your device connects from, the pages requested, the time of the request, and basic browser information, under its own terms. We do not claim that no data is collected or stored anywhere.

If you email us

The email link opens your own email service.

The contact links on this site are ordinary email links. Clicking one opens a draft in your own email application or service. You decide whether to send the message, and your email provider handles it under that provider’s own terms, outside this site.

Email sent to admin@aifrontdeskpartners.com is handled as ordinary business email. Any information you choose to include in an email is used only to discuss the services described on this site and to respond to your request. Please send only the business contact details and context needed for that conversation.

Do not send sensitive information by email or in the contact box—for example payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, account credentials, health information, or anyone else’s personal details.
