The checklist
What must be true before anything answers a real call.
Most pages like this show badges. This one shows the checklist—because we are a new company without client history yet, and pretending otherwise would tell you everything about how we’d treat your customers. When verified results exist, they will appear here under the same rules.
Before launch
Eight checks. No exceptions.
Every item below must pass before the front desk takes a single real call for your business—and every item can be checked again afterward.
Approved knowledge only
The desk answers from the facts your business approved or it does not answer.
Named human fallback
A specific person owns unsupported, uncertain, and failed interactions.
Real-route testing
Phone, transfer, booking, and record-keeping are tested on your actual phone setup—not just in a demo.
Failure & rollback tested
Wrong numbers, interruptions, provider failure, and rollback are exercised before launch.
Narrow start
Traffic begins with a small slice and widens only on thresholds agreed in writing and reviewed by a person.
Plain measurement
Answered, captured, booked, escalated, missed—counted honestly, failures included.
Claim discipline
No number, testimonial, or capability appears anywhere we publish unless it has been verified.
Clean exit
Your number, records, and calendar leave with you. Offboarding is designed, not improvised.
“The standard is what we’d want if we were the ones being sold to.”
Why publish a checklist
Because you can hold us to it.
A checklist is falsifiable. In a revenue review, ask about any line on this page—how it’s tested, who owns it, what happens when it fails. If we can’t answer plainly, that tells you what you need to know.
Hold us to it
Bring this page to the conversation.
Email a short description of your business and the problem you want to look at. The review is where the standard meets your calls—line by line, before any work is scoped. A request is not a booking. Nothing is scheduled or confirmed until a person has read your request and agreed on a time with you.
